Sms banking is popular across all categories of notifications and alerts from the bank pertaining to one’s banking relationship with the bank. Right from debit or credit alerts to card usage notifications and others, everything is covered by this service by banks. Names such as Emirates Islamic Bank are known to have great customer service in this area.
