Default Should I prepay my home loan?

There are type of scenario possible:

Scenario 1: Some customers doesn’t comfortable while having burden of home loan. They should repay loan as early as possible.

Scenario 2: If your purpose of availing home loan was tax saving, then you should not do prepayment.

Scenario 3: Suppose interest rate on your home loan is 10%. You have any avenue of investment where returns are higher return than 10%, then don't do prepayment. And , if the returns are less than 10%, then go for prepayment.
