Default Was your business loan application declined by a bank?

Donít feel bad, about 80% of all businesses are declined by their banks for small credit or collateral glitches commonly shared by the majority of business owners that need to grow their companies. This doesnít necessarily mean that you wonít qualify for financing from a private lender.

Granted, the rates arenít as low as bank rates, but there are definite advantages to private money that the banks canít compete with, such as reduced documentation, the time it takes for approval, processing and availability of funds in your account, relaxed credit requirements and the absence of placing liens or encumbrances on your valuable personal and corporate assets as collateral.

Private money is available in a number of forms and your primary considerations should be the long term costs affecting the bottom line and how the type of funding will ultimately affect the decision making process currently in place within your company.

Go to our website to review the private money options available that will allow your company to expand and grow the way you need it to. We have been very successful in helping businesses secure their acquisition and expansion capital and we would like the opportunity to assist you.

I had a similar situation and it was really a tough time then. My friend suggested me to a business and finance legal advice service, Cassels Brock at Toronto, Ontario. It was them who cleared all the issues and gave advice on how to cost-effectively service the business. That was really a turning point to success!

Even though not everyone has the best credit, as far as lenders are concerned, this just isn't an excuse. Poor credit is simply a sign that a borrower, or their business, does not prioritize repaying their debts.
