Default Tips to keep your body fit

According to me if any person follows following points , they will never face any problem. So just follow following points.
1. Regular walk for 1 hour. ( Please focus on regular )
2. Drink 20 glasses of water. In starting it is difficult but you have to increase it day by day. If your system is clean . you will never face any stomach problem.

3. Avoid junk food.

4. If possible dancing is also a good exercise. Play a song as per your liking and dance for 15 minutes.

5. Morning walk for 30 minutes

6. If possible you can plan for gym , aerobics , swimming .

7. Love your self. Always think positive thoughts.

8. Meditation

first of all thanks a lot for reply. The biggest advantage of drinking as many glasses of water is mentioned below.
1. Your system is clean.
2. There are no chances of stone in stomach.
3. No chances of bad breath from mouth.

Great to read your reply sir. i just want to add one point. if its raining outside and there is no treadmill machine then the best way for exercise is dancing. play your favorite music and dance . we can burn our calories .

I think people can still be fit even if you don’t follow those tips exactly. I myself eat junk food but not lot. I workout 3 days a week also I do smoke and have a drink on Saturdays. I still feel quiet fit and have a fitness body for that matter. So for the key is balance, you have to have a little fun and also you gotta take care of your body as well.

Food is like 80% of being fit/lean.

If you get your food habits in order, you will lose weight. Plus if you do some kind of exercise you'll get fitter in no time.

And I'm not saying that you should diet. Diets are horrible, you should change your food habits into a lifestyle that will long a lifetime.

First of all, you need to keep calm. For it you can smoke some weed or whatever…You shouldn’t worry about consequences. There are some ways to hide the fats your smoking from the test. I used The Macujo Method. And I should say Macujo method works

Thanks for your advice. I would also like to add that you need not just to drink 20 glasses of water, you also need to drink quality water or useful herbal teas. Tea and coffee don't count. If you exercise, you sweat and lose a lot of nutrients for your body, so you need to drink sports drinks. You can read more about this on a special portal https://waterbladderbag.com/ .
