Default Great Forum

This is a very a nice forum with very useful information and obviously very knowledgeable Owner/Administrator.

There is one thing that is missing though.....Estate Planning.

The day comes when a person has made all the money they are going to make and preservation of the cash asset becomes more important than chasing impossible earnings in the market or risking loss.

Right after that comes death.

Without a fundamentally sound set of Estate Plans a lifetime of wealth could be needlessly diminished.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents for feedback.

Nice site, great information.

No problem, and thanks for the feedback - at present, the aim has been to try and cover major topics and then set up forums where there's a demonstrable interest - ie, if a topic sees constant discussion, then it'll probably require it's own section.

So I guess I would prefer to see more on estate planning discussions come up, and show a demand for this topic area.

Of course, feel free to start any such as you see fit.

I'd just prefer to not create boards that may otherwise remain little used.

You'll never see much of a demand for that topic. People simply put death in general and their's in particular..... way, way, way in the back of their minds.

The last statistic I saw on this is something around 74% to 77% of adults do not have any type of Estate Plans and of those who do even have simple wills the average age of the documents are over 20 years old and no longer reflective of their current situation.

Definitely something to start conversation on, then, to encourage discussion.
