I sure hope so. I hate carrying around anything more than my phone and ID.

Credit cards are just a form of cashless economy. The economy will be more and more cashless, and I believe other forms will appear besides credit cards - and not necessarily mobile wallets. Maybe some chips in your hand, or fingerprint authorization, or something alike.
