Default entry point investment

Hello I have found a target date fund I would like to by.
The fund invests in the country's
United States
Canada
Latin America
United Kingdom
Western Europe - Euro
Western Europe - Non Euro
Emerging Europe
Africa
Middle East
Japan
Australasia
Asia - Developed
Asia - Emerging
Because the individuals stock is bought by the manger of the target date fund do I need to wait until the stock is at a lower point (watch the world economy)?

At the moment in 1 year the fund is it's between 1,25% and 12%

Default Re: entry point investment

In order to make right investment, it is very important that we focus on doing research before making investment. And I do just that which is helpful with FreshForex broker, as they are awesome with having lowest possible spreads, high leverage and there is mighty 200% Deposit Bonus available.
