Question IRA Security

What happens to my IRA if the broker goes bust?
I opened an IRA with CitiBank-SmithBarney. It consists of about $200K in shares of Franklin-Templeton Fund GinnieMae.

I realize Citibank has sold SmithBarney and have no reason to think SmithBarney is in trouble. But what if they were?

What would happen to my investment? Is it dependent on the health of SmithBarney or of Franklin-Templeton?
